Tenants
Overview
Finding a Home can sometimes be painstaking task in a hot rental market. Hall Real Estate Inc. tries to make that task easier for potential Tenants, by posting all rental vacancies via the web, and our website.
Tenants can apply directly online, and pay their application fee of $45 per applicant directly online as well.
All applications are processed in the order they are received. Upon acceptance of your application, Tenants will have 24 hours to issue the first month’s rental payment to secure the property and have a lease executed. The Tenant’s Security Deposit will then be due upon move-in, paid by cashier’s check or certified funds.
Tenant Qualifications Include:
- 600 Minimum Credit Score
- No Felonies on Record
- No Domestic Violence Misdemeanors on Record
- Gross Household Income of 2.5 Times the Monthly Rent
- No Judgments Against Real Property

In a world where online financial predators seem more and more common, we understand if you have reservations about entering your bank account information online. But fear not! Your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted.
Submit a Maintenance Request
Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.

Note the following for all Maintenance Requests:
- All Maintenance Requests are Sent to Independent Contractors
- The Independent Contractor will Contact the Tenant Directly within 3 Business Days of request to schedule Maintenance
- Emergency Requests, should be accompanied with a phone call to Property Management
- All Emergency Requests are Completed within 72 hours
- All Non-Emergency Requests May Take as long as 30 days to complete, from the date of the written request.
- In the event that the Tenants cannot coordinate a time to meet the Independent Contractor on site, a key will be issued to the Independent Contractor, and 24-hour notice, issued to the tenant.
- In the Event that Tenant has placed a Maintenance Request, and has not been contacted by the Independent Contractor within 3 business days of the request, please contact Property Management and inform them of the delay.
